Earlier this month, Bosch announced that it has added 87 automotive aftermarket parts to its portfolio in June. According to the company, the new parts cover almost 318 million vehicles.
The most impactful releases include 22 wiper blade parts that cover nearly 300 million vehicles, as well as 35 original equipment rotating machine parts that cover another nine million vehicles. Bosch also released 11 new particulate matter sensors, nine new mass air flow sensors, six new part numbers for spark plugs, and two new brake pads with copper-free friction formulations.
The company also released a new canister purge valve and a new ignition coil, which Bosch says meets or exceeds OE specifications, that cover 500,000 and 74,000 European make and model vehicles respectively.
